I would recommend visiting the U. S. Department of Labor Occupational Safety and Health Administration ("OSHA") website. The complete OSH Act of 1970 is available there. Unlike most government websites, the site is quite user friendly; the "search" feature actually returns relevant results.

The Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) monitors matters that affect the health and safety of U. S. workers. OSHA has a library of all legislation, regulations, projects and FAQs. Google your specific concern, or just Google "OSHA" for a link to the website where you can research and review relevant matters.
