Flintstones is at least an adequate multivitamin. Unless your doctor prescribes your child vitamins or recommends a name brand, you probably won't go wrong with a typical brand like Flintstones. My kids prefer the gummy kind. They like Lil' Critters. If you're looking for something without flavor, you can go with Centrum for kids.
