What is the best method of male muscle building?

Weight lifting and a good, healthy diet. More specifically, you want to lift every day, alternating which groups you focus on for the day so that you are continually getting stronger but still allowing your body time to rebuild the stressed muscle tissues. Get plenty of protein and calcium.

It depends on your goals. Lean muscle mass or bulk. Either way there is no "best method" to building muscle. Building muscle requires you to exert your muscle farther than it is use to. "Shock them" is what I call it. Whether it be doing push ups and pulls to going to your gym find what's best for you.
