The best brand would probably be snap-on. Outside of that I would say blackhawk or the tractor manufacturers recommended tool.

A cheap 3 jaw puller will work just as goo as an expensive ones do.Put a little oil on the puller if you run into any problems.

I wouldn't waste my money on an expensive puller, any 3 jaw pullers from the local hardware store will work just fine. Grease the pulley if you have any problems.

The brand doesn't really matter. How many times in your life are you needing to change a pulley in your tractor? Your local hardware store probably sells one or two models, if they seem pretty well built then pick one and go.

It is not a electronic tool to select a branded one, as it is a normal tool select a god one from your local tool merchant which one made by strong material and keep this always clean and apply lubricants if needed.Most of all you should buy your tractor a branded one.

I would mentioned any pulley from John Deere or from Craftsman are the best due to the strong materials that are used and many of the pulley puller may have a lifetime warranty for the parts, so if your part breaks you can have it replaced or fixed at your local hardware company for free.
