I would assume that the piercing parlor gave you a wet solution to apply to your nose, and the ring. If not, you should call and ask what you should use. Sometimes, using a bit of rubbing alcohol on a Q-tip and rubbing it around nose ring works, and using clean hands, rotate your nose ring clockwise, and then counterclockwise.

Alternate cleaning it between a 50/50 hydrogen peroxide/water mix and ear piercing cleaning solution. Clean it regularly, blow your nose, and don't play with it a lot.

You must pat your nose dry as long as you wear. After piercing use ½ a drop coconut oil and Turmeric powder mix it well and apply it on your nose. Clean it every day with H2Ocean. Don't touch it again and again it may cause infection. Use oil before you remove it will be easy and not painful. Follow the instructions.

You need to keep the site clean with the solution made for piercing or alcohol; clean twice daily at least. Move the piercing gently for six weeks and do not remove until that time.

Do not use hydrogen peroxide or alcohol on newly pierced areas as they can prevent skin from healing properly. Instead, use antibacterial soap to wash hands before touching and cleaning the piercing. Once hands are clean, wash entrance and exit of piercing along with jewelry with antibacterial soap as well.
