The average court time for an NBA player depends most heavily on the skill set of the player. The most talented players in the league will play around 35 minutes per game. Other role players who come off the bench will play around 22 minutes per game. All other players will be licky to play 5 minutes.

It really depends on the player, as some players see as much as 40 minutes per game (but it depends a lot on foul trouble, who you are matched up against, etc. ). On average though, a National Baskeball League player starter, should see approximately 20-26 minutes per game, and a reserve, approximately 5-15 minutes per game.
