What is standard etiquette for inviting people from your office to your wedding?

Answer by  DanielleK (535)

It all depends on the type of wedding you are having. If its a relaxed gathering, then posting an invitation on the community board would be alright, but if its more formal, each guest should recieve their own invitation.

If there are only a few people in your office (less than 5) and you are planning on inviting at least one of them, you should probably invite them all unless you really don't talk to the others. If your office is larger, only invite those you want to, if any. If not, don't worry about it.

In regards to giving wedding invitations to people from your office, it is best to either invite everyone or nobody. This will avoid letting anyone feel left out and awkwardness.

The easiest way to do this would be to hand deliver the letter to each person inviting them to your wedding
