They are mostly for people in the restaurant service industry such as waiters, bartenders and chefs but their shoes are so amazing that anyone who stands for a long time such as nurses or walks like Postal employees, could benefit from them.

Many restaurants refer to their employees as crew members, thus the company name "Shoes for Crews". Employee safety is Shoes for Crews number one priority. The company has all their styles in black, white is also available for hospital employees.

The company may offer certain types of shoes that you can buy directly from them, if maybe they require certain types of shoes to wear for the job and possibly couldn't find the type of shoe elsewhere or just don't have the time to shop for them.
