Saturn's atmosphere is 75% of hydrogen, 25% of helium, and other substances like methane and water ice. Saturn is the sixth planet from the Sun, and after Jupiter second largest.

Saturn's atmosphere is mostly hydrogen plus tiny amount of other gases like helium. Human without special equipment won't survive, what is more there's no such equipment for human to survive at the moment. It's not only because of the atmosphere. Huge gravity is also the problem.
