What is involved in oral skin grafting?

You will have some pain after the procedure but hopefully the meds will take care of it. Obviously the grafted skin will feel a little funny and turn white and discolor, but hopefully will settle soon. It's not as bad as some people say it is!

People do it for receding gums, but I heard it's really not that effective. Get a second and a third opinion before you plunge into getyting an oral skin graft done.

They do the oral skin graft thingy for receding gums. Basically involves taking a healthy patch of skin from a hairless part of you and grafting it on to the area in your mouth that needs 2 B covered! Simple, eh!!
