What is good food for a professional weightlifter?

Proteins (like eggs and fish). Vegetables. Carbohydrates (like fruit and nuts). Vitamins and minerals. Have five or six small meals daily rather than three big portioned ones.

A lot of carbs and protein, along with a healthy mix of the main food groups (and fatty foods - in the end, a lot of caloric intake! ).
