Framboise is a beer that uses raspberries in the fermentation process, but it can also refer to a raspberry liqueur. You can make something like framboise by adding raspberry juice or raspberry puree to alcohol. Usually this involves the raspberries, vodka, and sugar. The raspberries/juice should sit in the alcohol for weeks or months at a time.

Framboise is actually just French for raspberry. Some wild raspberries are sometimes packaged and labeled as framboise, but it's the same meaning. Raspberry liquor or lambic beer is sometimes just referred to as "framboise" and it's a type of Belgian kriek fruit beer which traditionally is make with sour cherries.

I know "framboise" as a raspberry flavored liqueur. You should be able to get it at a liquor store. The word "framboise" in French means "raspberry".
