Either a sedentary lifestyle (lack of exercise) or fatty, processed foods (store bought or fast food). I think they go hand in hand.

Too little exercise and too much food. Experts believe that we have developed a sedentary culture where children don't do as much exercise as they used to. For instance, kids are normally driven to school instead of walking, and gym classes have been cut out of many curricula.
