A limited liability company means that the company holds all debts and assets. If the LLC company goes under, the investors cannot sue the individual owners for losses.

An llc agreement is where a business determines their own rights and operations. If an investor chooses to give money to a business, they wont have control over anything.

A LLC is a limited liability corporation. It means that the owners of the corporation are not generally liable for the corporate debts. For an investor, it usually provides protection from litigation, although it will make it harder for you to sue any co-owners.
