An "owl wallet light" or "wallet owl" is a credit-card sized illuminated magnifier. It can be used to read in the dark or in dimly lit places, or to read the small print found on menus, prescription bottles, phone book, etc. The item was sold on TV but is no longer available.

It is actually a credit card sized magnifying light that discreetly lets you read menus, maps, etc. They are so slim that you can put it in your wallet. It has a long-lasting LED light.
