A mineral acre is the same size as an acre of land. If more than one owner has mineral interest in a tract of land, their ownership is considered undivided. If three people owned undivided mineral interests in a tract of land containing 100 acres with proportions of ownership as: A owns 20%, B owns 30% and C owns 50%.
