What is a main difference between liquids used in traditional yeast breads and liquids used in bread machine yeast breads?

The temperature of the liquids. For the traditional yeast bread you need to dissolve the yeast in some handwarm water and work it through the flower on your counter. In the bread machine you put in COLD water, flower and yeast on top. The machine works all together to firm a yeast bread.

Liquids used in a bread machine must be measured more accurately because the machine is kneading the bread. Traditional breads don't have to be exact because you feel the dough.
