What is a "hardgainer" when you're talking about bodybuilding?

I can't tell if it's a good thing or not.

A Hardgainer is considered to be an individual with an extremely fast or overactive metabolism that easily eats away at hard earned muscle. because of this "hardgainers" must eat twice to three times the amount of calories than the average individual, hence the word "hard" on hardgainer.

A hardgainer is a person who has a hard time putting on muscle weight. Hardgainers are also known as naturally skinny people, as they can eat whatever they want and not gain weight.
