Many stores have Valentine cards available for sale. They are often grouped by who they are for. If you are buying cards for a child to give to others, there are often inexpensive sets of cards that children can give to their classmates. People can also make their own cards.

If you are wanting them to give them to people, then have them make them themselves. If you are looking for Valentines for the children to receive, check with a local Retirement Home, and have the children send Valentines to the residents, they will send some back.
