What is a good sanitizer for a garbage disposal?

I like to pour baking soda into the drain, then about a cup of vinegar. Let this set until it stops bubbling, then I flush the drain with hot water.

Nok-out is supposedly the best product for sanitizing your garbage disposal. You can also use hydrogen peroxide or vinegar if the smell isn't too bad.
