There are many variations of making pad thai noodles. The one i like best is actually pretty simple. Once the noodles are cooked add one bottle of pad thai sauce, mix together and serve.

Add noodles to boiling water and turn off water. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan. Pour in beaten eggs and cook until firm. Remove from pan and cut in thin strips. Set aside. Saute garlic, scallions and bean sprouts. Add fish and oyster sauces and mix well. Add drained noodles and re-mix. Add strips of egg and mix.

There are several Thai food recipe websites that I have found. Most have recipes for stir fry, and things like that. These usually require some fresh vegetables, maybe some meat, and definitely stir fry sauce. I would check out the Thai websites, where there are hundreds of recipes for Thai noodles.
