What is a good recipe for deer meat?

Fry 2 pounds cubed venison, 1 chopped onion and 1 clove minced garlic in oil until brown. Place fried items in slow cooker. Stir in 4 ounces diced green chili peppers, 10 ounces beef broth, 15 ounces kidney beans, 2 teaspoons dried oregano, 1 teaspoon paprika and a pinch of salt. Set slow cooker to medium. Cook for 4 hours.

VENISON IN MUSHROOM GRAVY 8 pieces venison, floured and browned 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 medium onion, chopped 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup milk cooked noodles Add onion to soup, milk and cream; stir until smooth. Add to meat and simmer. Bake in 350 oven until done.
