What is a good cardio exercise routine?

I need to keep heart-healthy.

I would recommend jogging 2-3 miles twice a week, walk four to five miles once or twice a week, and ride a stationary bike twice a week.

Some of the best exercises one may do to strengthen his or her heard and increase endurance include jogging, jump roping, and cycling. Be sure to have plenty of water.
