Play a game where the guests have sticks with a and b or true or false written on them to guess whether questions about the mom to be are true or false. The person who ends up after 20 rounds, wins a prize.

A fun game to play at a baby shower is you get a bunch of different kinds of baby food, preferably different colors or textures. (No, you don't have to eat them). You put them on separate small paper plates and the guests have to guess what kinds they are. It's pretty fun!

game 1 : can't sit cross-legged or you lose a "point" (or something...) game 2 : name objects (tampon, condom), if someone has it in her purse, she wins.
