What goes on in an in-service for nurses?

Nursing in-service is a training classes for nurses. This particular class may deal especially with the types of challenges which come more often in the evening, i.e. dealing with gunshots or knife wounds. The hospital may schedule an in-service late in the day in order to increase the chances of such a case presenting itself.

A nurse goes to the patient's house in in-service. He takes necessary medication to the patient's house and provides support like that in a hospital throughout the patient's recovery.
