What frequencies are on personal digital radios?

Do they all have the same set?

in the United States and most of Europe, including the United Kingdom most radio's have a range FM: 87.5 - 108 mhz, am: 520 - 1710 khz. Australia also follows this same range. Radio's bought in different countries can have different ranges. In Japan the range is usually FM:76 MHz to 90 MHz.

Generally, there are two popular bands on most personal digital radios. am and fm. AM is the older standard and doesn't have as much frequency range. FM is a newer standard with a greater frequency range and more realistic sound. The newest technology is HD radio which is digital.
