For starters everything must be kosher. Then there are several foods that are eaten like maror and charoses. Also you will only have unleavened bread called matzoh. Also throughout the dinner you will consume four glasses of wine. There is a whole religious service involved as well that you will go through.

Those who observe Passover do not leavened grains. We avoid bread, pasta, and even foods with corn syrup. Matzoh and Matzoh meal substitute for bread and flour. The Passover feast includes a symbolic Seder plate with foods that represent the Passover story. A Passover meal can include a variety of foods, but traditionally brisket, Matzoh kugel, and tzimmes are served.

The only restriction is leavened bread, so you will eat Matzoh. Tradition also dictates bitter herbs, roasted egg, roast lamb, wine, parsley or celery, and charoses, and apple-based mixture.

On a Passover feast, you will eat unleavened bread for first seven days, but on the first days, you have to remove the leaven from your house. You cannot eat wheat, rye, barley, oats, and spelt. They must be sold to a non-jew. The only grain people can eat is matzah (which is made from flour).
