What exercise will help to get rid of loose skin under my biceps?

I have recently lost a lot of weight and as a result I have loose skin on my arms and legs.

Doing upper-arm exercises will help somewhat, but if there is a lot of loose skin on your upper arms, you may want to consider plastic surgery, even though it leaves scars. No exercise actually tightens skin. If an exercise can grow your muscles enough to fill out the skin, then that is all you need.

It depends on the type of loose skin, but usually lifting heavy weights for several sets of 10 or more reps will help the muscles grow and tighten your skin.

I would recommend a lot of tricep exercises, as this should tighten up the skin to a degree under your biceps. Tricep curl, dips, tricep press and extension are all excellent exercises.

Essentially then, it's your triceps that you will have to work on. If there is a lot of excess skin (you lost a TON of weight), surgery is the only way you can honestly remove it. However if it isn't that much, tricep press, tricep pulldown and pull ups should help tone that area.

There are various triceps exercises that would help you tighten loose skin. Start using free weight dumbbell and do tricep overhead extensions and rows. Make sure to start with light weight and increase the weight as you progress. It's important for you to do the exercises properly, so don't worry about the weights in the beginning.
