TNPSC stands for Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission. TNPSC is a public service in India. Prior to the TNPSC, servives were handled by the discretion of provincial Governments. In 1929 the Madras Presidency was the only province in India to establish the first Service Commission. Due to its importantance and impartiality, the Public Service Commissions is in the Indian Constitution.
