Not from concentrate means that the juice was made from real juices verses man made concentrates. It's basically a naturally made juice rather than a man made version of juice.
"Not from concetrate" means that the juice is fresh from the fruit. When it is concetrated, the water has been removed and then added back as part of processing and bottling the fruit.
When juice or other substances are not from concentrate, that means they are natural. When something is concentrated, it is only a small amount of fruit or another substance, and you must add water.
