Has your tank had an ammonia spike or pH drop? Immune system might be compromised from any recent move to new water/tank, unstable water parameters or bacterial infection. Try to keep the water conditions ideal. Also try adding beta glucan, selcon and vitamins to food to improve its immune system.

Cloudy eyes are most likely due to an infection of some sort, probably a bacterial infection. Do a partial water change and make sure to get the right diagnosis and right medication.

It could be due to stress, injury or infection. Clean the water and make sure it is free from bacteria. Give your Tang a vitamin rich and anti bacterial food.

Your tang could have cloudy eyes for several reasons. One of the reasons could be that the water wuality is not up to where it should be for the PH level needed to sustain a helathy environment for the fish. Another could be that the fish has contracted bacteria

Well, if it has cloudy eyes, then it is probably because they have not been sleeping properly. Also, you need to feed them with better nutrition and all. So put more food into the tank.
