If your cat has been vomiting green stuff for 3 days it means it's time to get the kitty to the vet. Green vomit can mean bile is coming up. There may be an infection, or the cat may have swallowed a foreign object. The cat can get dehydrated very quickly, and could die within a week.

Green vomit is likely either bile or the something she's ingested. If she has been sick for three days then she needs to see a veterinarian. There are a huge number of things that can cause vomiting, several of which can be fatal if not treated promptly such as poisoning.

Your cat has either been eating grass, which cats often do, and which is harmles, or your cat may have a serious consition. The latter is likely, so get your cat to a vet ASAP. It may have a ruptured colon.

If your cat has been eating plants she shouldn't have that may be an explination. Some plants are poisinous to cats. You may want to contact your vet for an examination if this continues there might be a serious problem. Also you should check online for a list of toxic plants for cats and check what you have against it.

My best guess would be that since cats eat grass to help them cough up hairballs that your cat has been eatting grass or some type of plant to release the hairball.

If your cat has been sick and vomiting for three days she needs to see a vet immediately. When cats are vomiting they become dehydrated, which can kill them.

If the cat went outside or got in your house plants it is a good bet that they were eating grass or plants.
