What does green poop mean?

A common cause is food coloring, especially green and blue colors. I remember blue popsicles having this effect.

Green feces probably just means that you ate something with either green pigment or something as far as vegtetables that were green and your body excreted it

If you have eaten rich leafy food then your feaces will be green, or you have an intestinal disorder, and it can be from starvation.

Green poop can be from too much iron in your diet, a lot of green veggies, or a lot of food coloring and artificial flavors.

When my daughter was small she would have green poop in her diper after she ate blue yogurt. It was from the food coloring mixing with what else she eaten.
