Once you see this, you will know. It is usually bright red and is quite obvious if there enough to be a problem, so if you're not sure, then it probably isn't there.

Blood in stool is that blood in motion. This should be treated immediately as it is known as internal bleeding. This is the only way to know about the internal bleeding. When paper is used then we will see clots of blood.
