Over-the-counter medications containing benzoyl peroxide kill the bacteria in the oil trapped under the skin. Products containing salicylic acid breaks down the components of the oil, reducing it. A combination of these chemicals will help the pimple heal faster. Do not "pop" the pimple, as it could scar.

You should wash it with warm water and soap. After you have done this then you can use clean nails to pop it. If it is popped then you can make sure that all of the puss is out of it and the clean it with a washcloth and put neosporin on it.

You could use a hot compress to help with bring the infection to the surface so it can either be lanced or pop on it's own. Stream will work as well. Wash you hands before trying to pop it and use a over the counter salicylic acid to dry it and prevent further infection.

Do ot pick at or punture with object this will infect the area. The best thing to do is hot compresses several times a day or soak in a hot bath with epsin salt

You can apply a hot compress to an ingrown pimple. Then try to pop the pimple there is usually and in grown hair in it causing and infection. If you can pull the hair out apply peroxide. If it gets to large or painful contact your doctor.

Ouch! The best you can do is to leave it alone, don't mess with it alot. Apply heat or hot water to reduce swelling.

I'm not so sure there is such a thing as ingrown pimple however ingrown hairs sometimes look like a pimple. Put warm compresses on the pimple, hopefully the hair will come out.

Ingrown pimple is pustule formed due to infection from ingrown hair. This happens when hair is cut or broken below the skin surface. In such condition, squeeze the pustule and clean the area with cotton ball. Then pull out the hair gently with sterilized tweezers or needle. Apply Retin-A cream 0.05% - 0.1% at night. Exfoliation helps to prevent it.
