What do you do about separation anxiety in two-year olds?

I take my daughter to day care, my trick is to distract her with the other kids or toys and when she gets busy I leave.

Spend time before hand discussing what you will do when you will be separated. Tell them how long you will be gone and when you will come back. Reassure them that you will be back as soon as you can. You can practice a waiting hide and seek game, too.
