In order to soothe ingrown hairs anywhere, the best thing to do is usually to moisturize the area and keep it very clean, so that the hair will have room to reverse its direction in your pore.

the best way to remove an ingrown hair is to first exfoliate any dead skin cells with a loufah sponge. once the dead skin has been removed, I use tweezers.

When i have ingrown hair in the armpit, first i try to remove ot with pincette. But I don`t have this problem lately because I stopped shaving my armpits and use only wax ot creams for depilation, keep my skin dry and exfoliate it 2 times per week.

You should always shave in the direction of your hair growth. Your armpits should be clean and your razor new. After, use a cooling salve, (ask your pharmacist).
