Answer by  John (9008)

Technical writers write articles or manuals on technical topics. This can include press releases or manuals for electonics, or more. The goal is to include a lot of technical or scientific information in a text that is understandable to regular readers. Most technical writers have some sort of science or engineering background, along with writing training.
