It depends on what exactly you mean by hijacked. Install a good anti-virus program (avast! free home edition is my personal recommendation) and also install a good firewall (for most purposes the windows personal firewall that is built into windows is good enough)

If it is a home computer, just shut it down. But if it is a server, in that case you need to consult a networking expert who may help you in saving your important data.
