You must take your bearded dragon to the vet. They will prescribe a probiotic and a cream to handle the rest. They may also prescribe an oral medication, but due to the high toxicity level of this method, it's preferred that you do the later of the routines.

You have to take it to the vet if it has a yellow fungus. They will give you anti-fungal medications. And if you have more than one dragon or another lizard, it is high contagious and can be spread by human hands touching the dragon to other surfaces.

Yellow fungus is cobtagious that can be spread to other nearby dragons. It is thought to be caused by yeast infections in the digestive system which spreads to the skin via the feces. A typical treatment is vet prescribed anti-fungals.

You need to take it to a vet that knows about reptiles. They can prescribe medication to treat it. The medication might be either topical (creams and ointments) or oral, or both.

Yellow fungus looks like peeling dead skin that eventually turns yellow and if left untreated eventually turns to sores. You will need to take your pet to the vet to get cream and probiotics. As a temporary fix you can use monostat yeast infection cream and soaks with batidine.

Take your dragon to the vet as soon as possible. Fungus needs to be treated with a special antibiotic. So please take it to the vet or you are putting it's life in danger.
