Silicone is going to be your friend, form a small bead around every area that leaks. Use your fingers to rub it into the crevices. If that doesn't work, replace the seal around the window, or moon roof as needed. These can be picked up at your local parts shop.

More than likely it is a bad seal. Search around the affected area looking for loose or damaged seal. To make sure the seal is tight run a piece of paper around the closed door. There should be a slight drag all around the seal.

If water leaks from a door, either replace the door gasket with one specially made for this purpose. A small bead of silicone caulk around the offending seam may work.

Run a slip of paper around you windows and doors to find and problem areas. There should be a good amount of drag on the paper but if it slides free the gap is too big. Then tweak those area to shrink the gap.

If the leak is around the windshield, get windshield surrounding checked for rust and resealed. If it is around a door get new weatherstripping. If it is in the trunk get new weather stripping and check tail lights for rust, reseal.

You first need to locate exactly where the leak is coming from. Move on then to patching the leak with a fiberglass repair kit.

Seal the damaged area with a gasket or repair kit from a auto part store or regular department store. First check around to see where leak is comming from.

Need two people for this. Wet the suspected area. Get a blow dryer. The person on the outside holds the blow dryer close to the area. The person is inside the car to see where water is coming in.
