The best thing you can do is to keep the area as clean as possible. Don't scrub the skin hard because that could cause further irritation. Your best bet may be a doctors' visit because a staph infection could result.

YOu should wash the infected area well with soap and water. Do not touch the pimple with dirty hands. You can also apply an antibiotic ointment such as neosporin to the pimple.

Use a hot washcloth on the area to steam it out. After that leave it alone, the more you touch it the worse it gets.

According to its size and the location of body it infected, an infected pimple should not be squeezed because it may cause badly infection spreading. By warming pimple with a clear warm cotton or sterilized cloth it makes easier to pimple's heading and then it will be easier to pop it.

Please try not to squeeze it, most of the times they dissapear on their own and by squeezing it you may result in it getting bigger or new ones will apear near it from the bacteria. Just disinfect it every morning and evening, and if it's somewhere not visible put a bandage on it so it will dry out quickly.
