What do age spots look like on hands?

I have these small dark spots, and I think they are just age spots, I'm 50, but I want to make sure.

These could be age spots, which are dark, pigmented areas of tissue around the body. These could also be hematomas if you have had any hand injuries lately, or even moles.

They look a lot like freckles. They are usually a few shades darker than your normal skin tone. These spots are normally flat, so if yours are raised, you may want to see a doctor about them.

Age spots look like brown irregular freckles of varying sizes. Make sure to have a doctor check them to be sure it isn't skin cancer related.

Age spots usually resemble a big freckle. They can be brown or a purple color. You can also get them on your face. Their size ranges from a bit larger than a freckle to half the size of a dime.
