This is normal of evergreens because they are not immune to disease or bagworm infection. A rust color is common and the best thing to do is look for attacking insects or spray them with some non-lethal pesticides. Maybe even look into the soil they are planted in and make sure you water them regularly.

When the evergreens trees becoming rust color you can spray with a fungicid. Rake the fallen leaves and destroy them. It would be help you to protect the trees on the next season.
