What could cause white dots on your scrotum?

White dots on your scrotum could be something as simple as a pimple or raised folicle. It could be an exposed gland. Certain cyst are common for that area as well. Also could be an infection of some sort.

Fordyce's spot are raised little areas, bumps, or spots that can occur on a man's penis, scrotum, or on a woman's labia. They are painless and benign. There is no known cause for these bumps.

Raised dots can be the result of fungus caused by not showering or being dry enough after activity. White patches of skin can be a loss of pigmant. Either should be confirmed by a Doctor.

White dots in scrotum is nothing but the lack of melanin pigment in that perticulr area. This types of white dots never make a problems to your scrotum. Take reular sun both.
