One of the main reasons a cat would have blood in their urine is if they have feline lower urinary tract infections. Less common conditions that could causes this include blockages, feline cystitis, and bladder stones. Take your cat to the veterinarian to have them examined at the first sign of blood in their urine to be treated properly.

More than likely your cat has a urinary tract infection, but it could be kidney stones. You should definitely take the cat to the veterinarian for a urinalysis right away so that the cat can receive the proper diagnosis and treatment, because if it is bladder stones this it could lead to possible kidney failure.
