What could be wrong with healthy puppies that just stop eating anything?

There could be a number of reasons for this, change of food, stress, health problem, constipation, etc. The question is how long is this going on for? If it is over a day you should take them to be checked by the vet. The younger they are the more important.

If they are still nursing from the mother they may have aspirated milk into their lungs which is life threatening and will need to be seen by a veterinarian right away. If the puppies have been weaned and have all of a sudden stopped eating they might have parvo, a deadly sickness and need to see a vet for treatment.

How old are the puppies? Have they been taken to the vet? Puppies must be taken to the vet and get dewormed as well as given a series of shot for the parvo virus. If your pet seems very lethargic and is not eating, parvo virus could be the problem if your pet has not yet gotten its shots.

They could be ill to the point that there is some kind of blockage inside the digestive tract. This is something that can happen from time to time and requires veterinary care.

There might be some reasonable cause for your puppies refusal of food. Main reason might be due to indigestion. Try some favourite light food. Better consult a veternary surgeon.

They probably aren't hungry anymore. So stop watching them so much and give them a break. Go get yourself a life and do something other than watch the puppies all day. They need a life too. They are probably depressed because you won't leave them alone. Get more puppies to make them happier.

All right, first of all if they are not eating then they are probably not as healthy as you think. You could try, before taking them to a vet, changing the brand of the dog food you have been feeding them. Sometimes milk can make a puppy sick, so if you´re doing this, give them plain water to drink.
