What could be wrong if the screen on my Zenith is yellow?

if there was any power surges resently in your area then I would say that your tube has gone or mabe the transitors inside the tube has blow. take it to the nearsest repair shop as soon as possible. otherwise you should buy a new one if the tube has blow.

A yellow screen on a Zenith tv means that the bulb has gone out and will need to be replaced.

If your screen on your Zenith turned yellow, Your light engine might the problem, it's polluted or infected by dirt. Your light engine need to replace a new one.

It may be a fault in your picture tube and the yellow's electron gun may be quick and others may be slow process such as blue and red.
