What could be wrong if over the last month I have had all the symptoms of a UTI, yet all the test come back negative?

I have had urinary symptoms for a month and a half all findings negaitve.... I am in severe pain in my flank area that radiates up my spine between my shoulder blades to the point of vomiting when its really bad. I am allergic to all pain meds what to do?

To me, it sounds sort of kidney problem, like a kidney stone. Really, the only thing to do for it is to go to the doctor. They'll hopefully be able to treat the underlying condition that is causing your pain, seeing as you are unable to take anything specifically for just the pain.

If you are having severe radiating flank pain the most likely culprit is a kidney stone. You should request a KUB x-ray to determine this.

As you suggest, your symptoms indicate a problem with your renal system. A UTI is a reasonable guess, but if the cultures are coming back negative, the next step would be to look into other problems - kidney stones, cysts, mechanical damage, etc. Kidney stones in particular are fairly common.

You really should go back to your doctor. Vomiting is not a good thing, nor is doubling over in pain.
