If your fingertips remain red, you might want to see a doctor because it could be nothing but it could be something very serious. You could have lukemia, liver problems, hepatitis, hypothyroidism, or a number of other conditions. There's really no way to know for sure until you are tested by a physician.

This may be a case of exzema, you may want to seek a professional opionion on this one. You could have a allergic reation to something and not even know it. Also if you have had your nails painted red there may be some dye that got into the pores on your nails and is stuck there,

You may have a mild case of eczema, very dry skin, or may be having a allergic reaction to something you came in contact with. To get a accurate diagnosis you should see a Dermatologist. They may prescribe to you medication, or special soaps that can help your fingertips to improve.
